1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Panya" / "We" / "Us" means the online school operated at 101 Thanon Ratchadaphisek, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand, accessible at panyar.blog
• "User" / "You" means any person accessing the website or enrolled in a programme
• "Programme" means any of our online courses or mentorship offerings
• "Content" means course materials, lessons, exercises, and related resources provided by Panya
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with any enrolment confirmation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in any programme. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

Panya provides online educational programmes in machine learning and AI development, currently offered in English. Our programmes include:

• Foundations of Machine Learning (฿1,700 THB)
• Applied Deep Learning (฿5,800 THB)
• Capstone Mentorship Program (฿3,600 THB)

Programmes are delivered online and are accessible to learners in Thailand and internationally. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any programme with reasonable notice to enrolled learners.

4. Enrolment and Access

Access to course materials is granted upon receipt of payment in full. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Account access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your access with others.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our website and programmes, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful, personal learning purposes
• Provide accurate information when submitting forms or enrolling
• Engage with course materials and mentorship sessions in good faith
• Not share, resell, or redistribute course content without written permission
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any aspect of our platform or materials
• Treat mentors and staff respectfully in all communications

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, lesson materials, exercises, and platform code are the intellectual property of Panya. By enrolling, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access materials for personal study during the period of your enrolment.

You may not reproduce, share, or publish course content in any form without prior written consent. Materials produced during the Capstone Mentorship — including your own project work — remain your property.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required in full at the point of enrolment. We accept payment methods as displayed on the payment page at the time of purchase.

Prices may be updated from time to time. Changes will not affect enrolments already confirmed and paid.

8. Refund Policy

If you experience a significant issue with a programme within 7 days of the start of your access — such as a material discrepancy between the course description and the content provided — please contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case individually.

Refunds are not provided on the basis of a change of mind after access has been granted, or for the Capstone Mentorship programme once sessions have commenced. We handle all requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a fair resolution.

9. Course-Specific Terms

For self-paced courses (Foundations and Applied Deep Learning): access to materials is provided upon enrolment. There is no fixed completion deadline, though we encourage learners to engage with the content within 12 months of enrolment.

For the Capstone Mentorship: sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your assigned mentor. Please provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Unused sessions are not refundable after the programme period ends.

We do not issue formal completion certificates. Learners who complete a programme may request a confirmation letter summarising what was covered.

10. Disclaimers

Our programmes are provided for educational purposes. We do not make commitments about specific learning outcomes, career outcomes, or employment results from completing a course. The effectiveness of any educational programme depends on the individual learner's engagement and effort.

Course materials are provided "as is" and are updated regularly. We do not warrant that all content is free from errors, though we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Panya's total liability to you in connection with any programme or use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from the use of our services or inability to access them.

We are not liable for service unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, natural disasters, or third-party platform outages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Panya harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services or content.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to a programme without notice if we determine that you have materially breached these Terms. You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund terms set out above.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive any termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.

If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

15. General Provisions

These Terms, together with any enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Panya regarding the services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. We may update or assign our rights under these Terms and will notify enrolled learners of material changes.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Enrolled learners will be notified of significant changes by email. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
